  • Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)

3. How We Use Your Information

4. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

MAIML enforces strict multi-tenant data isolation at the database level using Row Level Security (RLS). Your data is completely separated from every other customer. For channel partners, each client's data is further isolated within the partner's tenant. No cross-tenant data access is possible.

5. How We Share Your Information

5.1 Service Providers

We share information with third-party providers who perform services on our behalf, including cloud infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and analytics. All providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.

5.2 Business Transfers

Your information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law or valid public authority requests.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest
  • Row Level Security at the database layer
  • Access controls and multi-factor authentication
  • Periodic security assessments
  • Incident response procedures

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion, data is purged within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law.

8. Your Rights

  • Access and correction: View and update your information through account settings.
  • Data portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Marketing opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

10. CCPA Compliance

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of data sales. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

11. Children's Privacy

MAIML is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform.
