Manage your MAIML account — team members, billing, branding, and settings.

Your MAIML account is the hub for managing agents, team members, billing, and settings.

Account Types

MAIML supports two types of accounts:

  • Business accounts — Companies deploying agents for their own use
  • Partner accounts — MSPs and IT platforms deploying agents for their clients

Partner accounts have additional features: multi-client management, white-label branding, and custom domain support.

Team Members

Invite team members to your account from Settings > Members. Each member can be assigned a role:

  • Owner — Full account access including billing and member management
  • Member — Can deploy and manage agents but cannot modify billing or account settings

Billing

View your billing details at Settings > Billing. You can:

  • See your current plan and agent count
  • View upcoming charges and past invoices
  • Update your payment method
  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan

White-Label Branding (Partners)

Partner accounts can customize their client-facing portal at Branding:

  • Upload your logo
  • Set your brand colors
  • Configure a custom domain or subdomain
  • Preview how clients will see your branded portal

Data & Security

  • All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Multi-tenant isolation enforced at the database level
